how's the new look?

so i was bugged by Cho to get a new banner up. I sacrificed my study time to get it up... hows it look w/ the new page colors?

personally the white text is kind of hard to read, but i can't seem to find a suitable color...
oh yea... and the TOC is NOT working... if anyone has any ideas on how to get it to work or anything on a TOC leave a comment ^^...

EDIT i got the TOC to work but i havent figured out how to get it in alphabetical order... actually im jsut having problems... with it haha...
